REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We strive to work with our brides to make sure they have the best experience possible. We will address any issues with your dress to ensure it’s perfect. Your designer will work one-on-one with you to rectify any issues that are our responsibility and will help you find solutions to any issues that aren’t our responsibility.
Our refund and return policy is as follows:
MADE TO ORDER DRESSES
Because our merchandise is made to order, there are no exchanges or refunds or transfers of deposits. All sales are final. This applies to all dresses made to order.
STANDARD OR OFF RACK DRESSES
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic Hera Brides will only offer made to order dresses for the time being. Please see above for return policy.
SAMPLE & CLEARANCE DRESSES
All sample and clearance dress sales are final.
OTHER NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Swimwear, intimate wear i.e. bra’s, panties, corsets, etc. are not eligible for refund or store credit. ALL sales are final.
Shoes, non-wedding street apparel (minus swimwear and intimates, etc), accessories, jewelry, head pieces (not including custom veils or custom designed head wear, tiara’s, hats, etc) are eligible for a refund within 10 days of verified receipt. We are not responsible for return shipping. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization code.
BACK CHARGE FRAUD
Filing a false back charge with your credit card company is a crime. Hera Brides has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal back charges. We will pursue criminal charges and civil damages to the fullest extent, including seeking an arrest warrant in your state.
If the wedding or event is cancelled, you are still responsible for full payment of your merchandise. Dress information and instructions that will aid in the dress’s resale will be given to the customer upon pick up of the dress. We will also allow pictures of the dress to be taken on our mannequins during this time for resale purposes if the event is cancelled. Hera Brides will also assist in helping you resell your dress if possible, by including it on our newsletters and Sample Sales.
